Del Norte Community Place
This project was part of a big “Back to Nature” effort, where I was the project manager of turning the vacant lots in flood zone to public spaces. This effort included constant meetings with the community and engaging them in the design process. As a planner at Greenville County, I collaborated with the residents through several community workshops and co-created a community place with educational garden for kids, rain garden, community garden, and playground.
